Heh. Funny think is that the study was needed to recognize this:
"When asked what makes a “perfect boss,” millennials said they want a manager who’s ethical and fair and also values transparency and dependability."
Isn't it like something which every human being wants not only in the office but everywhere? Like it is written in the beginning of "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" - "one man had been nailed to a tree for saying how great it would be to be nice to people for a change". It's really sad we need studies to recognize it's good idea to be simply good person...
